Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the Fisky mobile application, provided by coderystack as a freemium service. Fisky is designed to help you organize receipts, subscriptions, renewal dates, analytics, and tax-ready exports.
We believe your financial organization should be private, clear, and under your control. This policy explains how Fisky handles information when you use the app as a Guest, create an account, upload documents, use smart scanning, or delete your account.
Information Fisky Collects
Fisky processes information based on the features you choose to use.
- Account information: If you sign up or log in, Fisky may collect your email address, first name, and last name to authenticate your account and personalize the app.
- Financial records: Fisky stores receipt and subscription details such as vendor, amount, currency, date, category, billing cycle, renewal date, tax-deductible status, notes, and related metadata.
- Files and uploads: Receipt photos and PDF documents may be processed to extract information. Signed-in users may have uploaded files stored securely in Firebase Storage so they can be accessed later.
- Diagnostics: Fisky may use diagnostics or crash reporting to understand app stability, device type, operating system, and technical errors. This data is used to maintain and improve the app.
Guest Mode
If you use Fisky without signing in, your receipts, subscriptions, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Guest Mode records are not transmitted to Fisky cloud services.
Because Guest Mode data is local, it may be lost if you delete the app, reset your device, or change phones before creating an account and syncing your data.
AI and OCR Processing
Fisky uses AI/OCR processing, including Google Gemini through secure Firebase integrations, to help extract details from receipts, images, and uploaded documents. This may include vendor, total amount, date, category, and subscription-related details.
- No model training: Your images, documents, and extracted text are used to provide Fisky's smart scanning features. They are not used to train Google's AI models or Fisky-owned AI models.
- Purpose-bound processing: AI/OCR processing is used to create or improve your document entry. It is not used for advertising profiles or unrelated analytics.
Third-Party Services
Fisky uses trusted third-party infrastructure to provide authentication, sync, file storage, billing, and app stability.

- Cloud Firestore: Cloud database storage for signed-in user records. View Privacy Policy.

- Google Play Billing: Premium subscription purchase processing. Fisky does not collect or store credit card numbers. View Privacy Policy.
- Firebase Crashlytics: Technical crash reporting and diagnostics, if enabled. View Privacy Policy.
Data Retention and Deletion
You control your Fisky records. You may delete individual receipts or subscriptions in the app. Signed-in users can also delete their account and associated cloud data from the app.
Confirming account deletion is intended to permanently remove:
- Your authenticated user profile.
- Your receipts, subscriptions, and related records in Cloud Firestore.
- Your uploaded receipt photos and PDF documents in Firebase Storage.
Guest Mode data is stored on your device. You can remove Guest Mode data by deleting records in the app, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app.
Security
Fisky uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. Communication between the app and Firebase services is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS, and Google cloud infrastructure provides encryption at rest for stored data.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but Fisky is designed to minimize unnecessary data movement and keep privacy controls visible.
Children's Privacy
Fisky is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Fisky, please contact us so we can help remove it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Fisky evolves. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Fisky after an updated policy becomes available means you accept the revised policy.
